Terms & Conditions

Best Price Travel acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation and other wholesale service providers. The sole obligation of Best Price Travel is to make travel bookings on your behalf with travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitation of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Best Price Travel Pty Ltd. If, for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider not Best Price Travel Pty Ltd. If you are traveling with a combination fare of two or more airlines and if you are unable to catch your flight due to the flight delay of any airline we will not be responsible for any damages.

Price

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control, which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up-to-date prices.

Online Bookings

Bookings made online are only for Ex Australia, we hold the right to reject online bookings if we believe that they are not genuine bookings or are fraudulent. Some online fares will incur a booking fee or service charge. We hold the right to ask you for further information regarding your credit card when purchasing online. This may include a photocopy of your passport or drivers license and credit that you are paying with. We hold the right to refuse your booking including and your payment. Credit Card name must match passenger name traveling, the airline may ask the credit card used for booking during check-in.

Baggage Allowances
  • First Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person or as per airline baggage policy.
  • Business Class: 40 kg free baggage allowance per person or as per airline baggage policy.
  • Economy Class: 20kg/30 kg free baggage allowance per person or as per airline baggage policy.
  • For travel to and from the USA, the free baggage allowance is 2 pieces per person or or as per airline baggage policy.. Please check with your consultant for dimension and weight information.
  • Domestic Tickets : 23kg free baggage allowance per person or as per airline baggage policy.
Reconfirmations

We recommend that you confirm your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations.

Deposit and Final Payment

All deposits are non-refundable but can be used for 6 months. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise advised. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. All internet transfer payments need to be made 48 hour prior to your due date. Please fax or email all internet transfer or bank deposit receipts to your consultant.

For all departures which are later than three months must be paid by Online bank transfer, Credit cards are only acceptable where the travel is within three months.

Travel Insurance: Strongly Recommended

We are an authorized representative of Suresave Insurance. Financial product advice in this document has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Because of that, you should consider the appropriateness of it having regard to your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should obtain a product disclosure statement relating to the product and consider the statements before considering whether to acquire the product. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel.Travel insurance is not included in ticket cost.Check with your bank or credit card company if the travel insurance is covered with the card payment.

Credit Card Transactions and Payment by Cheque

Credit card surcharges of 2% for Visa or MasterCard and 4% for American Express or Diners Club will apply when paying by credit card in store, online promotions may vary. Credit card holders must be traveling, we do not accept any third party credit cards and we hold the right to reject your credit card. In the event that payment has been made to Bestprice Travel Pty Ltd by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Bestprice Travel.

When purchasing from Best Price Travel , Card Details are transmitted through a secure server. Card data is not hosted by best price travel after processing.

Cancellation & Refund Fees

Canceling existing booking will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Please check with us, as not all fares can be refunded. Fees will apply to all refundable tickets.Refund takes approximately 15 weeks to process or may take more time as per the airline refund process. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee for any booking canceled by you, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Cancellation or refund will only be processed if you have sent the approval for processing the refund in writing. The refund admin fee of $200 will still be charged on refund arising from the airline's schedule change. Additional airline no-show fee may apply within 48 hours from departure. Tickets bought on promotion may be 100% non changeable and non refundable. The validity of the ticket will be restrictive as per the airline's policy. Your request for a refund of a booked airfare is governed by the terms and conditions of the airline from which you have purchased the airfare and is made or not made as determined by the airline. In case of any waivers or Full Refunds from any Airlines ,our administration fee per ticket including consolidation fee will be applicable(mentioned below). Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the ticket cost paid to the airlines/consolidator. We are unable to provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from the relevant supplier.

All the Non Flexible fare tickets, the refund is not allowed.

All the Flexible fare tickets, the refund are allowed, below admin and consolidation fee will be applicable for each ticket,plus airlines cancellation fee that has to be deducted as per airlines fare rules.

Tickets cost upto $1000, admin and consolidation fee of $175 each ticket will be applicable,,

Tickets cost between $1001 to $2000, admin and consolidation fee of $250 each ticket will be applicable.

Tickets cost between $2001 to $3000, admin and consolidaon fee of $350 each cket will be applicable.

Tickets cost between $2001 to $3000, admin and consolidation fee of $450 each ticket will be applicable.

All the domestic tickets are non refundable.

Change & Reissue Fees

Please check with your consultant whether the fare is changeable, as not all fares can be changed. Fees will apply to all changeable fares.Where we incur any liability for a charge or reissue for any booking, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.

All the Non Flexible fare tickets, the changes are not allowed.

Not all the Flexible fare tickets are changeable, if the changes are allowed, below admin and consolidation fee will be applicable for each ticket,plus airlines change fee and any difference in the fare/taxes that has to be collected as per airlines fare rules.

Tickets cost upto $1000, admin and consolidation fee of $175 each ticket will be applicable,,

Tickets cost between $1001 to $2000, admin and consolidation fee of $250 each ticket will be applicable.

Tickets cost between $2001 to $3000, admin and consolidation fee of $350 each ticket will be applicable.

Tickets cost more than $4000, admin and consolidation fee of $450 each ticket will be applicable.

All the domestic tickets are changeable, $55 admin and consolidation fee each ticket will be applicable,plus airlines change fee and any difference in the fare/taxes that has to be collected as per airlines fare rules.

Taxes

Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Some airlines may charge additional airport taxes at the time of transit.

Liability

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force mature or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Special Requirements

Please advise us of any special requirements you may have. All special requests are subjected to airline confirmation and need to reconfirm with us at least three business days prior to departure. Please note that all the requests are subject to airline’s confirmation and discretion and are not guaranteed. Please note that some airlines may charge additional fees for special requests. Please note that infants turning 2 years during travel will be charged child fare plus reissue fee on onward, return or both journeys. It is your responsibility to ensure if the infant is turning 2 years old during travel and advice. Children traveling with their relatives/guardians may require authority from both of their parents. Please check with the respective airline and departure/destination country for the requirements. A minor child must be accompanied with their natural parents all the time. No airline provides accommodation during transit.

Frequent Flyers

Please advise you travel consultant your frequent flyer details. Your consultant will pass these details on to the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee that the supplier will credit any points for your booking. Please retain all boarding passes to allow verification of your travel if required.

Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, transit visa and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. For further information regarding visa requirements, please contact the appropriate consulate.

Health

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.
