Best Price Travel acts solely as a travel agent. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport, accommodation, and other wholesale service providers. The sole obligation of Best Price Travel is to make travel bookings on your behalf with these service providers. We are not responsible for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider, not Best Price Travel Pty Ltd. If, for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies with the provider, not with Best Price Travel Pty Ltd. If you are traveling with a combination fare involving two or more airlines and are unable to catch your flight due to a delay by any airline, we will not be responsible for any damages.
All prices are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that quoted prices are subject to change. Price changes may occur due to matters beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up-to-date pricing.
Online bookings are available only for departures from Australia. We reserve the right to reject online bookings that are suspected to be non-genuine or fraudulent. Some online fares may incur a booking fee or service charge. We reserve the right to request additional information regarding your credit card when purchasing online. This may include a photocopy of your passport or driver's license and the credit card being used. We reserve the right to refuse your booking and payment. The credit card name must match the name of the passenger traveling. The airline may request the credit card used for booking at check-in.
We recommend confirming your flight with the local airline office at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the cancellation of some reservations.
All deposits are non-refundable but can be used within 6 months. Final payment is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless otherwise advised. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. All internet transfers must be completed 48 hours prior to the due date. Please fax or email all payment receipts to your consultant
For departures more than three months away, payment must be made via online bank transfer. Credit cards are only accepted for travel within three months.
We are an authorized representative of Suresave Insurance. The financial product advice in this document has been prepared without considering your objectives, financial situation, or needs. Therefore, you should assess its appropriateness based on your personal circumstances. You should obtain and review the product disclosure statement before deciding to acquire the product. Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel. Travel insurance is not included in the ticket cost. Check with your bank or credit card company to see if coverage is provided with card payments.
Credit card surcharges of 2% for Visa or MasterCard and 4% for American Express or Diners Club (Online promotion rates may vary), online promotions may vary.Cardholders must be traveling. We do not accept third-party credit cards and reserve the right to reject your card. If payment is made by credit card, you agree not to charge back the payment to Best Price Travel Pty Ltd.
Card details are transmitted through a secure server and are not stored by Best Price Travel after processing.
Cancelling an existing booking will incur charges. These can be up to 100% of the booking cost, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Please check with us, as not all fares are refundable. Fees apply to all refundable tickets. Refunds take approxima tely 15 weeks to process and may take longer depending on the airline’s process. If we incur a cancellation fee for a booking you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for that amount. Refunds are processed only upon written approval from you. A $200 refund administration fee will be charged, including in cases of airline schedule changes. Additional no-show fees may apply within 48 hours of departure. Promotional tickets may be 100% non- changeable and non-refundable. Ticket validity is subject to the airline's policy. Refunds are governed by airline rules and are processed only upon airline approval. If the airline issues a full refund or waiver, our administration and consolidation fees (listed below) will still apply. We cannot issue a refund until we receive funds from the airline or supplier.
All the Non Flexible fare tickets, the refund is not allowed.
Not all flexible tickets are refundable; it depends on the airline's policy. Please check with the consultant while booking. If a refund is allowed, the following admin and consolidation fees apply, in addition to the airline’s cancellation fee as per fare rules:
Ticket cost up to $1,000: $175 per ticket
$1,001 to $2,000: $250 per ticket
$2,001 to $3,000: $350 per ticket
Above $3,000: $450 per ticket
Please check with your consultant if the fare is changeable, as not all fares allow changes. Changeable fares will incur fees. If we incur any reissue or change charges, you agree to indemnify us for the amount.
All non-flexible tickets are non-changeable.
Not all flexible tickets are changeable. If changes are allowed, the following admin and consolidation fees apply, plus any airline change fees and fare/tax differences:

All domestic tickets are changeable with a $55 admin and consolidation fee per ticket, plus airline change fees and any fare/tax differences.
Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. Additional local taxes may be charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Some airlines may charge airport taxes during transit.
We accept no liability for acts, omissions, or defaults—negligent or otherwise—of third- party service providers over whom we have no control. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the travel arrangements. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or events beyond our control.
Please inform us of any special requirements. All requests are subject to airline confirmation and must be reconfirmed with us at least three business days before departure. Requests are not guaranteed. Some airlines may charge additional fees. If an infant turns two years old during travel, child fare and reissue fees will apply for onward, return, or both journeys. It is your responsibility to notify us of such changes. Children traveling with relatives/guardians may require written consent from both parents. Please check with the airline and relevant authorities. A minor must be accompanied by their natural parents at all times. No airline provides transit accommodation.
Please provide your frequent flyer details to your travel consultant. While we will forward these to the airline, we cannot guarantee point accrual. Keep all boarding passes to verify travel if needed.
You are responsible for ensuring that your passport, visas, transit visas, and re-entry permits are valid and meet all immigration and government authority requirements. Any fines or costs due to improper documentation are your sole responsibility. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months from entry. Contact the appropriate consulate for visa requirements.
